Parent has two accounts, one as a leader one as a parent

Hi Scoutbook IT, I have a parent in our troop that just registered as a leader, and is now showing up in the Scoutbook Plus activity logs dropdown list twice – once as a parent, and once as a leader. I only see her once in the roster though. It’s very strange.

Her BSA number is: 141581303

Are you able to merge her parent and leader profiles into one account?

@KathrynAlva In this particular case, the user has 2 member ID numbers, because her year of birth is different.

I would recommend asking your local council for assistance. They will also need to move her parent / child “Relationships” to 141581303.
