We have a parent unable to connect to their Scout in Scoutbook. Their invite has no link and no password. We have updated and resent the invite many times with the same result. Ideas? Help? Thank you.
Someone recently suggested on another thread that the parent may already have an account with no password set. Have they tried the recover/reset password link?

Go to scoutbook.com as if she’s going to login. Use the email address that’s receiving the invites as the username. Click “forgot password”

Also, please make sure you use the “Search For Existing User” function. A lot of adults already have accounts in Scoutbook or my.scouting.org, although they might not realize it.
