We have a Scout (ID 141517334) whose Scoutbook legacy account shows no parents (so no parent listed in our Send Messages page). His Scoutbook plus account does have his dad connected (ID 141507666) and both IDs have correct email addresses for their accounts. I attempted to invite dad to connect to Scout through Scoutbook so leaders can send messages to the parent at the same time as the Scout. I see the dad’s existing account when I search for him, but then I get an error message that says, " Leader: Please try searching for the user again. The selected user already has a connection to the scout." Can this be resolved? Thank you!
@ErinBarrett in Legacy - when you look at Scout - by parent name is it closed chains or open chains?
@ErinBarrett this should be fixed - we think the parent ended the parent connection themself
