I have a parent incorrectly linked to a scout (not their scout) with full access to that scouts information. I, the correct parent and the Committee Chair have all tried to unlink the account but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?
Parent/Guardian connections can only be broken by the connected adult (in this case the erroneously connected adult) or by the council.

Reach out to your council registrar, they can unlink them.
