I have a parent who has “No Emails” next to her name when a message is to be sent. She did NOT request this and would like to receive emails/messages through Scoutbook. How can I or she fix this?

She can log in - go to profile - click email - and turn it off there
thank you. She also says she is not able to see her scouts account when she logs into Scoutbook
then she probably has 2 accounts - what is a BSA #?

No it looks good - the mother has not logged in since 4/14/23 and I do not immediately see other accounts - might want to watch her log in - this account is Sign in with Google
