Parent not receiving emails

I have a parent that is unable to log in to scoutbook and is set to “no emails”, but they dont want to be set that way. They stated that they are not receiving “forgot password” emails either.

@MarkWininger I think they should try to log-in to my.scouting.org to verify Password or try forgot password there - at bottom right of that page there is also a BOT to help

@MarkWininger This parent might need to contact the local council for assistance.

It looks like he has 2 BSA member ID numbers in the same council, but the dates of birth are slightly different. His e-mail addresses also also slightly different.

He also has 2 usernames at my.Scouting. The local council can also help with that. They can also do a direct password reset, if needed.

I also have parents that are not recieving emails. They have tried to update and allow but the status of “no emails” remains unchanged. #13873295 and #13693837
