Parents of a specific Scout can not login

I have a Scout that both of his parents are unable to login and can not reset their passwords. Both parents might each have duplicate accounts.

The Scoutbook ID for the Scout in question is 12837286, BSA is 14453777

Can one of you moderators see if they do have two accounts and if so, can you merge the accounts and send a password reset request?

@PaulThomas4 The mother’s accounts look OK. Ask her to try to reset her password at my.Scouting using the chatbot (“Betty”). When it asks: “Do you remember your password?”, she can say No to bypass. Her BSA member ID number is: 14453745.

The father does not appear to have a username (login) at my.scouting. Ask him to create an account at my.Scouting and try to match with his already existing BSA member ID number: 14453778.

@PaulThomas4 Correction: The mother’s zip code is missing. I think she probably needs help from the local council for a direct password reset. Then she can add her zip code or they can add it for her.
