on the update posted on june 18 it said

An issue that prevented Roster Builder (Print Roster) from listing Merit Badge Counselors who are parents in the unit with no other leadership positions has been fixed.

still not working parent is logged in member id is correct still not appearing on list

Please send an email to Scoutbook.support@scouting.org with the parent’s name and BSA Member ID. Please post the SSD number here so we can get this data to the developers to investigate.

A MBC still need to be registered at the district level even if they select the unit as their only area of service.

Not relevant here this is regarding a MBC who should show up on a report but is not appearing
