Parent needs to merge accounts

Parent has a member ID (140932643) that she used the Google Authenticator to log in for the first time. Then, Council made another account (141211272) using a manual login (Email + Password). She can’t add one to the other via Manage Member ID. She tried in both accounts, and it just says ‘The provided Member ID does not match the existing user profile.’

Is it possible to delete this one (140932643)? Or at least merge with 141211272 so that there is just one login?

The short form is that, if the parent isn’t able to put them under management themselves (as per your post), it is likely because of a mis-match between the PII in each Member ID. Council registrar will need to help with getting that sorted out. Both accounts should use full legal name, since that’s the least likely to cause issues (vs nicknames, with/without middle initials, etc).
