Parent no longer connected to child

Parent tried to self enter completion of requirements for an elective adventure. Received message “Whoops! It looks like you are not able to record advancement as a youth. We will save your information, but this will not go to your leader for approval. Please review with your unit leader.”
This is an adult trying to enter advancement for their own child. Scout BSA ember ID: 137313415 SB User ID: 11893786
