Hello,
I have a new adult who is the second parent listed for a new Cub Scout. When he clicked to confirm the connection from the email, he got an error saying he has no Scoutbook Plus access. Also, when he clicks into Scoutbook it looks like he has a duplicate account. When I look at the child’s account, it looks like the parent is connected. I sent a request to my DE to make a profile for him after I initiated one. Can someone please help me so that this parent can access his child’s account?
