Parent 14409204 is connected to scout 14409203 via my.scouting per my DE, but Parent can not see them to renew them on their my.scouting . Also they are connected as parent/scout on legacy, but when trying to create relationship on SB+, Parent gets a message that a relationship already exists, but the only one on scout’s profile is other Parent 14409199.
@SondraWilson That parent is listed as “Tiger AP of” the Scout, not as parent. The other parent has the correct parent relationship to the Scout. If she is unable to add the dad, then the local council will need to assist with their Registrar Tools.

@SondraWilson The relationship is there from when the Scout was a Tiger. The most important part is that the parent does not have the parent / child “relationship”.
The other parent should be able to add the relationship. But if not, your local council can help with their Registrar Tools.
