Parent not getting email because scout is not approved

I have a parent not receiving emails either, but I think it is a separate issue. His daughter is registered and in a den, but it says she is “not approved”, and I think that is causing the issue. the BSA ID is 14513617

Have a unit admin approve the scout’s membership under membership

That worked, as the parent finally was in the liust of contacts for messages. Just emailed the parent, and waiting for confirmation.
