I have a Parent(140312856) I can see linked to his scout (140305348) in Scoutbook. But when the parent logs into scoutbook, he cannot see his scout’s information. I have looked in the connections manager, and that looks correct.
@TeranceLindof - what does the parent see when logged in ? If it says adminstration, then they need ro click that to expand the menu.
