Parent not receving Scoutbook Plus calendar emails, Advancement Entry shows from Scout

Cubmaster here trying to help a parent out with potentially two issues.

First, in Scoutbook, the parent (140362786) does seem to be linked to their cub (140372107), however when the parent enters Scoutbook completions, apparently it shows as the cub having entered it. How can we fix the account so that it’s the parent?

Next, parent does not receive Scoutbook Plus calendar reminder emails. I’ve checked their profiles and it appears the parent email is entered and correct.

@CHRISAPALLAS first guess is the Parent is logging in as the Scout - what is an exact item showing the scout entered it - Example Lion Bobcat #1 .

Once the parent logs in to their account (the user name is firstnamelastname) - they can go to profile and check the email.

Oops we cannot see adventure reqs - I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green envelope > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC) that way you can send an image in private of the requirement
