Parent not seeing scout or complete info

Hello - We have a parent who logs into scoutbook, but does not see her son or complete info. Parent also sees her name displayed as just her bsa id, not her name. (see screenshot). I checked her account, but dont see any obvious errors. There is a message saying her DOB is in an invalid format, but not sure if this is related. Any suggestions on how to fix this?
