Hi SUAC,
Pease check the accounts for the parent and scout to see if anything stands out as an error.
Parent, MID 135423505, gets an error, a permission API issue, when trying to conclude the creation of a transfer from FL to CO for her scout, MID 135423504.
I am NOT asking SUAC to deal with the transfer issue, just check the accounts. I think something may be different about these accounts, as an hour before the above transfer process failed, I talked a different parent through a CA to CO transfer that went fine.
@DougWright at first glance it all looks fine. What mechanism are they trying to use? BeAScout? my.scouting?
@DonovanMcNeil A combination of My.Scouting and BeAScout.org.
She logged into My.Scouting and -
- From Home, clicked My Application > Transfer / Multiple to confirm she was connected to her scout. Yes, she could see his account. Because this is an out-of-council transfer, she can’t just click Transfer.
- From Home, hover over BSA Web Links > click BeAScout, opens new tab > found unit > click Apply > followed the instructions, entered scout MID, system found his account, gives the option to transfer or multiple > continued as transfer > system wants the adult to log in again (still logged in on other tab) > then error.
Yeah - I think that is a council send in membercare ticket - they just need to include ALL (and more) exact details
Thank you. I agree. I was hoping there was something odd in one of the accounts. Finding none, then it’s a National fix. I’ll gt screen shots for the submission.
