Parent Opted-Out of Scoutbook Emails in Error, Cannot Correct

I have a parent who opted-out of Scoutbook emails in error, and cannot opt back in. I’ve sent the parent the steps to do so, however they’re having trouble accessing the account and are frustrated. I’ve been unable to resolve.

Can Scoutbook emails for BSA Member ID#13049873 be re-enabled?

Only the individual can re-enable e-mail.

This individual should be using their my.scouting.org ID which is firstname.lastname
