Parent profile not found/login issues

Student SB ID = 11953364. Parent = M.W. User ID = 451822
When I choose “edit profile” on this parent under the Scout’s connections I get an error of “not found”.
I also noticed that his last name has a period at the end because I think there was trouble with his first account and it might have been created as an attempt to replace the original. If there are other acocunts with the same email, XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX@gmail.com, they need to be removed/deactivated.

@ShannonMollenhauer I have fixed this, but the parent has 2 user names at my.scouting.

He should be logging in with the one that is not an e-mail address.

Thanks. How do we know what the username is? It has been a while since he tried this, I think.
