One of our Webelos, Jonas splits his time between his parents homes. His Mom’s info shows up find, however his Dad’s info shows up as an error page.
How can I get this fixed? So that his father can be included in all the scouting emails and such. Thanks
Post their Scouting America Member IDs (no names) and we will investigate.

Well there is a Parent AW on the Scoutbook Account - it just has not been accepted yet. I would talk to dad - go to Legacy > Scout > click dad and invite again > that way dad knows to accept it
