Scout logged in as a parent

I could use some help to try to figure this one out-
Parent tried to set scout up for his own Scoutbook account. For some reason she thinks he is logged in as a parent. I do not have him on scoutbook as set up with his own account. I sent directions to parent on how to and she said it doesn’t work.
Where do I go from here?

@ConstanceGonsalves I see a user name associated with the Scouts MID but I see no log ins - the username is the scouts email everything before the @ less the number. Maybe watch scout log in
