Parent shows Full Control but can't see youth

I have a parent in my Pack that is set as a Parent/Guardian in SB, with what appears to be an active connection to their Scout, but when they log in - They are not able to see the Scouts Record.

Parents BSA ID: 135962301
Youth BSA ID: 135962300

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Are they click Administration to open it?

Last Log in was to my.scouting @MarkBruno

Think they have 2 users - the info from your user is wrong - look at DOB

@MarkBruno This is cleaned up - the parent is logging in - I think you just need to watch them and help them navigate
