Parent unable to log in as a connection to her scout

Attempting to add his mother as a Connection in Scoutbook. Invite temporary password is not working for her. * is her username/email
System has no date of birth or member ID associated with her.

Please do not post PII. All we need is BSA Member IDs or Scoutbook user IDs.

The mother does not have a my.scouting.org ID. The best way for her to get connected to her Scout is to create a my.scouting.org ID then log in to Scoutbook and use the Connect as Parent/Guardian on the My Dashboard → My Connections page.
