Parent unable to log in to access SB+ and/or My.scouting

They have 2 kids in the unit: BSA ID 14881588 and 140973664

The parent with the problem is BSA ID 141327605

For one of the kids she is listed in their profile in SB+, for the other she is listed at pending. She’s unable to log in, unable to reset her password (we confirmed emails) and she’s getting a message to contact the forums or council - but she is unable to post to forums since she can’t get logged into my.scouting. It’s giving her a message that there are multiple accounts using this address.

Can anyone give me some guidance on how I can help her? I attempted to send her the user guide and I think we are just stuck…
