I’m having an issue with one of our parent accounts, specifically Parent ID#140394457.
The parent in question is experiencing difficulties when attempting to submit applications for her two sons. The primary issue arises when she tries to make a payment, as she consistently receives an ‘invalid request’ error message.
In an attempt to address this problem, we accessed the parent’s account and discovered several duplicate copies of the applications. Unfortunately, our efforts to delete these extra copies or proceed with payment for any of them have been unsuccessful.
Any guidance or support you can provide to rectify this situation would be greatly appreciated.
