Unable to see son

We have a Scout BSA MID#13814574 UserID#11830963 and the scout’s father BSA ID#13814567 UserID# 11830994 is unable to see his son when he logs into Scoutbook. Scoutbook show they are connected? Do not know what to do next, Council is no help.

Well yes the father is connected and is logging in to the account - I would suggest logging in with him to make sure he is going to the right place and clicking the Administration area
