Parent/Unit Leader Account Merge Request

Good morning. We have a parent that has multiple scoutbook/BSA IDs we need to request be merged. His BSA member ID is 12712017 and this is the one that is used for his registration as a unit leader for both a Troop and a Pack. He reports that he has at LEAST one additional account that is tied to the same email address. It seems to cause him some login issues. He also has multiple kids in the program and can’t see all kids from either/any of his accounts.

@JonathanKing1 that is fixed for user - the username log in survived - the email log in was retired - I recommend that They contact your local council and ask them to use the Registrar Tools to look up the children. When they look up the children, they want to check children’s “User Relationship” and make sure that children are connected to parent with Only the correct BSA member ID number 12712017
