Parent with 2 Profiles

I have a parent with 2 profiles. One is in Scoutbook, the other is in Scoutbook Plus. The email listed under her name in Scoutbook has changed. When you go to Scoutbook Plus from her Edit Profile in Scoutbook, the only info is her name and the old email. If I go to her profile from her son’s profile in Scoutbook Plus, all the info is there and it has the correct email. She has a BSA ID: 132801905
I do not believe she is registered at this time.
She has not ever signed in to SB. Any help would be appreciated.
The Scout’s BSA ID is 132801904

@DanielOwens1 Is the correct e-mail supposed to be icloud? Or .edu?

The correct email is .edu
