Parent with multiple accounts - neither functional

Parent has two accounts, unsuccessful in getting connected to scout [134642346] to use RSVP functionality. Council telling us one is connected and one is not, but neither appear to work for this parent. Tried adding them as a relationship from 2nd parent’s account [134642347] and resulted in errors. Scoutbook shows no connected relationships.

Duplicate/broken Accounts and information from council:
“Incomplete” Info MemberID: 13219029 – Username and Password – No Connection to any Youth

Full info MemberID: **12612715 – Google Sign-In – Connected to [Youth Account 134642346]

Council is not sure how to fix, looking for some concrete steps to take to troubleshoot and restore functionality.

@hmlj both parents are setup fine -
both have Sign in with Google on

If that is your screenshot for T1345B - as you are a committee member and not have Edit Profile Permissions - it might not be showing for you.

@hmlj The mother has 2 usernames (logins) at my.Scouting.

Which username does she want to keep? The one with Google signed in turned on? Or the one that is her e-mail?

Mom is reporting that everything is working now. I have new K3D abilities so I took a look and I see her connected to youth using 12612715 - so that’s the keeper account. Appreciate the help!
