Parent with two accounts?

Hi,

REMOVED. He is able to login into my.scouting using the REMOVED username, but when he does he doesn’t see a connection to his son. In Scoutbook I see a user with that email connected to his son. Is it possible there are maybe two accounts? Thank you for the assistance!

His scout’s info is:

@PaulJohansen do not post private info like emails or usernames in forums.
The father did have 2 users - that is fixed - but the father has no relationship to so (Legacy SB Connections no longer matter). So unit needs to add a Relationship from SB+ Scout Profile, or have the council add the relationship.

Is there a reference for where to add the relationship in SB+? The error was probably my fault for adding it in the wrong place and want to be sure I do it correct for this user and future parents.

@PaulJohansen- look on the scout profile page in sb+ below where the date joined and member is is there is a relationship section above the leadership box. Use the plus there

So as opposed to legacy scoutbook it looks like the parent should establish an account first then which makes sense.

Once added as a connection will they show up in legacy Scoutbook as well so they will receive Troop emails sent from there?
