REMOVED. He is able to login into my.scouting using the REMOVED username, but when he does he doesn’t see a connection to his son. In Scoutbook I see a user with that email connected to his son. Is it possible there are maybe two accounts? Thank you for the assistance!
@PaulJohansen do not post private info like emails or usernames in forums.
The father did have 2 users - that is fixed - but the father has no relationship to so (Legacy SB Connections no longer matter). So unit needs to add a Relationship from SB+ Scout Profile, or have the council add the relationship.

Is there a reference for where to add the relationship in SB+? The error was probably my fault for adding it in the wrong place and want to be sure I do it correct for this user and future parents.
@PaulJohansen- look on the scout profile page in sb+ below where the date joined and member is is there is a relationship section above the leadership box. Use the plus there
