Hi, numerous parents have said they cannot see their kids accounts in Scoutbook anymore. Some say they cannot log on (which list be a different matter all together) others report the app not showing their kids accounts anymore. Not sure how to properly phrase this because there’s SB+, there’s My.Scouting.Org and there’s another Scouting app. The one thing they have in common is that parents used to log in and check on their kids, and now folks cannot see those accounts. Who do you kick this up to?
@ElizabethLarson1 when you go to SB+ > go to the Scout page > Under the Relationships on left side - are these parents listed?
In SB+ I have seen the parents listed. In Legacy there used to be a little link sign indicating the parents were connected - there are no link type signs in SB+ so we assumed that was a change - does that help?
Well in SB+ there parent will be listed with a Member #. You can watch the parent log in and see if they are oging to the same member # when they log in.
