Parents getting "Access Not Granted" when attempting to log into SB+

Cubscout parents are getting Access Not Granted when trying to log into SB+.

First reported for Cubscout: 140566331 (reported by parent not in SB+ yet)
I just got another one: 141208329 (reported by parent in SB+)

I can get more, if needed.

This parent needs to create an account at my.Scouting. When creating the account, he should enter his full name and date of birth, and try to match with his existing BSA member ID number: 140883382.

Please ask this parent to try again.
