- An issue that caused Requirement 3 (Merit Badges) for Star and Life ranks to be updated incorrectly, thus preventing completion of Star and Life has been partially fixed. You will now be able to complete Star and Life, however you must manually verify the Scout has the proper number of Merit Badges (for Star, 4 Eagle Required plus 2 others. for Life 7 Eagle Required plus 4 others) approved prior to the Board of Review date. This check will be fixed and the proper completion date for req 3 entered early next week.
