As Scoutmaster, I am not able to add to the Scout’s Payment Log.
@ZacharyAmborn your account got a bug that ended the admin position - the fastest fix is for another Unit admin to add it back
Ok, is that the only long term fix? As this is not going to work to have another admin enter all of the payments?
No, another admin can restore your admin role. We have asked the developers to restore all that were removed by mistake but we do not know how long that will take.
Being an Admin allow entry for payment logs - not the Scoutmaster position. The Bug is under investigation.
Is this done through the Organizational Manager on My.scouting?
@ZacharyAmborn - no it will need to be done in scoutbook
The would go to legacy Scoutbook > find you in Roster > click Positions > Add Unit Admin

Well a different admin needs to do it - you do not have the rights as you are not an admin
just had them change my status back to Troop Admin and it works now
