This is not a gripe, just an observation, as this will resolve as soon as the pending status is dealt with.
What do you mean by pending?
In this case, a new account created by My.Scouting sync that didn’t match to the parent account. Because the adult has not logged in to this new account, its status is pending and has a pending label shown on it.
