We have one female Scout that had to be registered in a different unit. Before the permissions update, I was connected, but now I’m not. I understand the reason why because I’m not registered with that unit.

Do I simply register with them so I can have access again?

I don’t understand. Is this Scout in your unit? Is the “different unit” in a different Council?

Please provide her Scouting America Member ID (no names) so we can check her registrations.

Unit is in the same district as ours.

Background is we had a female troop, but last year district would not let us be combined, so she had to register with a troop that had a girl unit. She is the sister of one of our Eagles and comes to our meetings.

@EdwardAllen1 then you are in a different unit and therefor are not attached in the SB+ system. You would need to register in her registered unit to see the scout in SB+
