I have a scout 12050861 who has two accounts for his dad connected to him one under “Dan” and one under “Daniel” - would you be able to join them?
@PatrickHoffman I have merged the parent’s Scoutbook accounts.
Please ask the local council to use their Registrar Tools to look up the child (or children). In the Relationships tab / section, the parent should be listed only under his primary member ID number, which is: 141553952.
He should be removed if listed as parent under any other member ID numbers. This will help to prevent future issues, such as the creation of duplicate Scoutbook accounts.
