One of our dens has two new scouts in it, and neither of them are currently connected to their den leader. When I try to manually add the connection, Scoutbook cannot find the den leader on my search. Can you please make these connections for me?

@CourtneyHall - can you go to the den page then click on connection manager click on the den leader and select full control and save

@CourtneyHall - also make sure they are a den admin
I’ve seen connection issues to admins resolve overnight at times
