Hello! Can you please merge our Chartered Organization Executive’s accounts? He is registered with the Org’s Troop, but his registration with the Pack is showing expired.

@JohnIppoliti1 this is a talk to council issue as the 2 have significantly different DOBs - but share other info like email - council needs to clean things up on their end first

@JamieHaller BSA member ID numbers cannot be merged, they can only be managed (Manage Member ID at my.Scouting).
Scoutbook accounts can be merged. I have merged this user’s Scoutbook accounts.
Please have this user contact the local council and ask them to use their Registrar Tools to look up his children. Their parent / child “relationships” look really messed up. In the “Relationships” tab / section, they should remove him as parent completely. Then add him back as parent, but only under his primary BSA member ID number: 141045881.
