Scout 129326142 earned the Venturing Leadership Award (Council) and it was presented on 04/30/2024, at the Council Recognition Event. The requirements are all marked complete for the award in Scoutbook, but the overall checkbox and percentage show nothing and so the award does not show for the Scout in Scoutbook. Please advise. Thank you.
Any Council award - Council needs to enter it for the Scouts Record through their tools
It has been recorded by the Council in Registrar Tools. However, that system does NOT sync with Scoutbook, so to have it show in Scoutbook it needs to be mark completed there. I just did this for another Scout that earned that SSLA and it worked fine, but this award entered last year for the Scout mentioned is stuck as not completed at the top level and also not awarded. Please advise.
Council Entered the Adult Award - Adult awards do not show in SB - the Youth Awards do.
