Hello, I have an adult leader who moved between multiple councils and has multiple member IDs. We’ve had minimal success in getting her current registered position to align with her scoutbook/scoutbook+ login. Currently she is on my MS roster but off my SB/SB+ roster, and I can’t add her as a new leader in SB (or anybody for that matter – is that feature working?).
Her current active registration is in the Greater Los Angeles Area Council. She has multiple units, but the one I’m concerned with is SB/SB+ for Pack 234 (Pacifica).

I don’t know if part of it has to do with her using the same email address with each member ID, but when I transferred councils, it was seamless even with the same email address. But I’ve had users in the past get tripped up on that. Please advise. Thanks!
This is for a Pack. She has been registered in my unit since January 2025. I think we were successful in getting her member IDs merged back in March, but we couldn’t make any progress in Scoutbook. Now that our pack year has come to a close, we’re trying to fix this for next year.
She did appear in Scoutbook under a different member ID from two councils ago, which I disapproved her position under that other member ID yesterday as my first attempt to get the correct version of the leader to show up. However, I should have given it 24 hours per your note.
Hello, it looks like my issue was fixed. Either somebody did something, or me de-approving the adult allowed the normal sync to occur with her new/current member ID. I offer my thanks to wherever it needs to go.
