Is this something that council can help with or can someone with SAC help?
@DonaldDeYoung this is fixed - she needs to us my.scouting username (lastname)619 and password to sign in
I have a parent that has two SB accounts. the first only has a user ID: 1015421 and her correct email address ending in ...ttsy@gmail.com. The second one has a BSA ID: 13425357 and user id: 10324484 with an incorrect email address. She cannot update the email address on the second one because it is already on the first one.
@JeremyBracknell This should be fixed.
