Problem with personal fitness merit badge

We are trying to view which requirements have been completed for the personal fitness merit badge for my son (Member ID 14332360). I get this error when I go in through Scoutbook Legacy and click on that merit badge: Whoops! We encountered an error trying to process your request.

I tried to view his profile in Scoutbook plus and nothing is clickable. I have tried on my phone and on a computer.

@MariannaRoss- scouts bsa advancement was moved to advancements.scouting.org yesterday

When I go there it just spins and is sort of gray and not clickable. It looks like this on mobile and computer

@MariannaRoss- can you try an incognito session

I went back on my computer to try and it worked like magic. Not sure what changed but I was able to get what I needed. Thank you for helping me!
