Problems adding new den events

So, I am being a good leader and trying to add all the den meeting into the Scoutbook before the start of the year.

I guess something was changed and I can no longer add events if 2 or more active leaders are not invited. So for the incoming Tigers I added the den leader and one of the parents of the Tigers is also a leader but Scoutbook does not think that is sufficient.

We do not have our Tiger den leader group together yet. How can I add events?

As a cubmaster I can not add myself since I am not on the invite list for that den and you can not add leaders outside that den?
