Problems with adding scouts and setting up dens

I am a new bear Den Leader new to Scouts as an adult but I cannot add any Scouts in scoutbook or set up my Den I can’t even add my son who is a new Scout to My Den.

Never seen that - but I think this process is going to be easier to have a unit Scoutbook Admin handle in Scoutbook.com interface
