Problems with clearing payment backlog

I am the secretary and Key 3/COR delegate for our troop. We have an issue with Unit Paid Membership Renewal Batches that did not go through so we had to pay by check, but they are still in the backlog and preventing us from making online payments. We get errors saying that payments are in process but they are not. I have requested help from council several times since I first needed support in December but the problem is unresolved. Is there direct IT support available for this? Thank you.

Unfortunately, there is no direct-to-unit support from national for issues. All registration/payment issues have to be worked via the council, which can submit MemberCare support tickets to national.
