Problems with Connections Manager

Hi again!

I’m not sure what happened but many adults appear to have connections in Connections Manager that they do not need. I have tried to edit them by unchecking options and pressing save, but nothing happens. The green dot indicating that they have full permission is still present. For some adults and/or Scouts, nothing happens when I click either the row or the table. Is this a known issue with Connections Manager or is something wrong with my account? I have not had issues editing connections in the past.

Thanks for your help!

Amanda

Are these for adults who are parents/guardians of the scouts? If so, Scouting America policy mandated some time ago that they be given Full Control permissions. Also note that anyone listed as a unit admin, a sub-unit admin, registered as one of the unit Key 3, or assigned as a Key 3 Delegate will also have Full Control based on those positions.

Of these are not parent/scout pairs, if you can provide the Scouting America Member IDs (no names please!) for the non-parent-adult/scout pairs that you believe are in error, the SUAC volunteers may be able to assist with diagnosis.
