Profile Picture File Type Issue

When trying to update profile photos for a Scouter or a Scout, .heic files are able to be selected and cropped with the built-in circle-shaped cropping tool, but they don’t save. When I uploaded a .jpg, the file saved. I think the format is the issue because when I tried to modify my profile pic via my my.scouting profile page, the upload feature wouldn’t recognize .heic as a valid format, but it did recognize .jpg (and after I uploaded it, it appeared to carry it over to Scoutbook Plus).

Another potential issue: if there’s a delay in populating a photo change when changing them in a Scoutbook Plus profile, perhaps I wasn’t waiting long enough???

Ah, I was likely clicking the “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page, not the “Save” at the top-right of the photo. Thanks for the assistance!
