@SharonMartinez1 if you want I can setup a screenshare to take a look at it
Iâd love that. when would you be available?
@SharonMartinez1 I can do it now if that works - otherwise we can schedule
I am actually not at home at the moment with my computer. How can we schedule a time? Thanks so much for your help!
I will send you a direct message > look at top right Avatar to find it > it will be a green envelope > it will be a private message channel with select members of the Scoutbook User Advisory Council (SUAC)
I am having the same issue. When using the Quck Entry function in SB+, it shows me that the Adventure is underway, but then does not show up in the âNeeds Approvalâ report in Scoutbook. Whats funny is that it works when I do them individually (similar to what others are reporting), but not when using âQuick Entryâ.
I am having the same issues. There are a ton of bugs all over scoutbook this is just one of them. All of my scouts are on the same version and it just doesnât show that i have entered anything. Sometimes it will show for a few scouts but not all. And other times it will show that its entered but the pin doesnât pop up on the summary
If you see another bug that appears to not have been mentioned already, please create a new post and post it. That is how we can get them sorted out. One at a time. But, by reporting them, they can get identified.
Thank you for the feedback. But i guess that is another bug. It didnât allow me to make a new post. And as that one had been on there for a while it didnât appear that the bug was sorted out. I tried all the suggestions that had been posted but none of those worked. So that is why i replied.
You should add that as an instruction at the top. the error link took me to that page and there are no instructions. As my issues was a topic, i added to it. Nothing on there telling me to restart a new post on the same issue.
TO WEBMASTER: There is a server CORS misconfiguration.
Access to fetch at âhttps://api.scouting.org/advancements/v2/youth/adventures/132/requirementsâ from origin âhttps://advancements.scouting.orgâ has been blocked by CORS policy: No âAccess-Control-Allow-Originâ header is present on the requested resource. If an opaque response serves your needs, set the requestâs mode to âno-corsâ to fetch the resource with CORS disabled.
Adding the proper cross-origin response headers to your server will fix this.
I used to think the same and it was so so frustrating. I think the issue is you need to put the post in a âsubtopicâ and not âat the top levelâ.
When do you see this error? That is, what were you trying to do?
I reported this SAME BUG over the summer. Had a post on it with a lot of detail. Ultimately it WAS FIXED as i was able to do the mass update like the system is designed. About 2 weeks ago I went in to do another update and now its NOT WORKING just as is being reported here. I tried again this morning and is STILL NOT WORKING. When you select multiple scouts to progress an adventure ONLY THE FIRST SCOUT SELECTED actually gets the credit⊠the rest of the scouts its like you did not even select them.
The fact this happened once, was brought up, was fixed, and now is happening again is terrible. Going through a den of 24 scouts takes FOREVER when it should take 30 seconds.
I just had what you described happen to me last night with Paws on the Path!
I still cannot get 2 Scouts credit for Running with the Pack. I have tried a bazillion times.
