Previously I could see the scouts in my den under Quickentry and enter an achievement collectively. Now, I can see only one scout (my son). I don’t think I changed anything. I appreciate any insight and help.

You are shown as the Tiger Den Leader but not Den Admin. I recommend having a Key 3 member add the Den Admin for the TIger Den role to your profile. They can do this by going to My Dashboard → Administration → Pack → Pack Roster → Robert Keyes → Robert’s Positions → +Add
This will connect you to all the Scouts in the Tiger Den with full control.
